The Valencia is a spacious two bedroom wooden lodge with a generous living and dining area which creates a comfortable holiday home, rental cabin or adds additional living space to your existing home.
The total inner area is a little over 60m2. Standard cabin kit comes with 70mm thick wall planks, double glazed doors and windows, extra thick 28mm floor boards, metal storm braces for inserting into walls for extra strength, roof boards, screws, nails and all other necessary components.
All wooden parts are made of slow grown Nordic spruce. The cabin windows have superb quality double glazed German made Roto “turn and tilt” systems for comfortable use.
